Board of directors

The Gumlink board comprises 6 people, including a representative from the third generation of the Bagger-Sørensen family, Holger Bagger-Sørensen, as chairman.


		Holger Bagger-Sørensen Chairman of the board Holger Bagger-Sørensen has worked for his grandfather and father's company since 1971. From 1975-91 he was the managing director after which he became chairman of the board of Gumlink A/S. Today Holger Bagger-Sørensen is also chairman of the board of Fertin Pharma A/S and Vecata A/S.

		Erik G. Hansen Erik G. Hansen is vice-chairman of the board. He has been member of the Bagger-Sørensen & Co A/S board since 2003. Erik G. Hansen is Director at Tresor Asset Advisers. Prior to that he was CFO at A.P. Moeller Maersk from 1993 till 1995.

		Helle Kruse Nielsen Helle Kruse Nielsen has been a board member since 2003. Among others, she previously worked for MasterFoods Scandinavia and Mars Inc, Europe. She is a board member of Vin & Sprit AB Stockholm, Oriflame S.A. and AkerBioMarine Marine, Oslo. She was declared Business Woman of the Year in Denmark 2000.

		Steen Gede Steen Gede joined the board of directors on January 1st, 2006. Steen Gede is the owner and chairman of the board of Unicare Nordic A/S. Besides he is chairman of the the board in Brandhouse A/S and Elsparefonden.

		Heidi Ziegler Bruun Heidi Ziegler Bruun is elected employee representative since May 2011. She is research scientist at R&D . Heidi started at Fertin Pharma A/S in August 1999 and was transferred to Gumlink in October 2009.

		Tony Dalentoft Tony Dalentoft is elected employee representative since May 2011. He is specialist in compressed gum and has worked with Dandy/Gumlink since March 2001.
