The most important task for Gumlink’s management team is to make sure that everyone knows and understands the fundamental values of the company as well as to set the overall goals and framework for the company’s development. Everyone should know the direction in which we are heading and why. But the initiative and ideas for getting there have to come from individual employees and departments.
