All leaders have had the opportunity to nominate the leadership talent who they believe have shown special potential. We have received 10 nominations, who have subsequently been interviewed by HR. Of these 10 nominations, 3-4 will be chosen to undergo a 2-year focused development programme, with a view to filling a future leadership position within Gumlink. A similar programme will be run for specialists.
