Within the Gumlink development department, we actively work with knowledge building and sharing along with international network. We share our knowledge and skills with each other and with our partners around the world.
Internally, we create project groups using people from across the entire organisation as well as people from our sister company Fertin Pharma and our joint venture Continental Confectionery Company. This ensures that all projects and plans can be carried out to the satisfaction of our customers and our company.
Externally, we work closely with leading specialists, knowledge centres, institutes and suppliers within the areas of raw material and machinery. Gumlink also plays an active role in all ICGA (International Chewing Gum Association) working groups.
