
If you are selected by Gumlink as a candidate for a position, you will be invited to either one or two interviews, depending on the type of position you have applied for. The interviews will involve a consultant from the HR department and the manager responsible for the position. If you are invited to a second interview, you will be required to complete a psychometric evaluation. You will be evaluated on your professional and personal skills, the psychometric evaluation and any references you have provided.
When the vacancy has been filled, we send rejection letters to unsuccessful candidates.
