As a salaried employee, your work is task-based, meaning that your working hours are flexible. Following agreement with your manager and colleagues, you are therefore able to dictate your own working day with regards to how you complete your tasks.
As a production worker, you work either day, evening, night or weekend shifts. You register on a computer when you arrive and when you leave. If you work flexible hours via your AFO (time off in lieu), they should first be agreed with your manager and colleagues.
